Refund Policy – Crystal Sky Travels Ltd
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy applies to all bookings made with Crystal Sky Travels Ltd.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refund rules depend on whether we acted as agent (supplier’s rules apply) or principal (our rules apply).
- Non-refundable fares and deposits are excluded.
3. Processing Times
- Refunds are usually processed within 14–28 working days once confirmed by the supplier.
- Where funds are held in the TTA trust account, we can only refund once received from the supplier.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Deposits and booking/admin fees.
- Airline tickets issued as non-refundable.
- Services unused due to passenger choice or failure to travel.
5. Fees
A £100 admin fee per booking applies to all refunds (in addition to supplier charges).
6. Force Majeure
In extraordinary circumstances (e.g. pandemic, war, natural disaster), refunds may be replaced by credit notes or rebooking as permitted under UK/EU law and supplier policy.
7. Refund Method
- Refunds will only be returned to the original payment method.
- No cash refunds unless the original payment was made in cash.
